Job Description
- Manage and maintain
strong relationships with assigned key accounts
- Act as the main
point of contact for clients
- Develop a deep
understanding of client needs, goals, and pain points
- Provide tailored
ecommerce solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams for successful project and service delivery
- Conduct regular
business review meetings to assess account performance
- Identify
opportunities for growth and improvement within key accounts
- Address any client
concerns or issues proactively
- Achieve revenue
growth targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor client
satisfaction and take proactive measures to address issues
- Collaborate with
internal teams to devise solutions for client challenges
- Contribute to sales
efforts by managing incoming qualified opportunities
- Close deals with
the assistance of the presales team.
- Minimum of 8-10
years of overall industry experience in Sales or Account Management
- At least 3 years of
experience in the digital commerce or retail technology domain
- Proven track record
of managing and growing high-value client accounts
- Good understanding
of digital commerce business, platforms, and technologies
- Experience working
with retail clients and understanding of omnichannel commerce
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong
interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional
problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong
organizational and time management skills
- Ability to
multitask and prioritize effectively
- Certification in
relevant areas is an added advantage
