Job Description
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering and replenishing as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, documents, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, printers, scanners).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
