Job Description
- Provide high-level customer service internally and externally.
- Possess knowledge
of product categories and offer professional assistance and advice to
customers.
POS Operation: - Operate the point of sales system as needed.
- Follow cash
operation procedures accurately.
Product Knowledge: - Actively learn about the range of goods and their uses.
- Advise customers on the appropriate products for their needs.
- Increase revenue
through add-on sales.
Receiving Deliveries: - Assist in receiving and displaying goods according to approved procedures.
- Ensure products are
available for customer purchase.
Ticketing & Pricing: - Comply with in-store procedures for pricing and ticketing.
- Ensure customers are informed about product prices.
- Prevent any losses
due to incorrect pricing.
Merchandising Principles: - Apply merchandising principles consistently.
- Achieve a corporate image and maintain visually appealing stores.
- Implement a
cleaning program for the assigned department to maintain cleanliness and
tidiness.
Other Events: - Assist in stock take, new store openings, and product or seasonal launches when required.
Education:
- Completion of Secondary school.
Minimum Experience
and Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
