Rules and Responsibility

• Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization & align with Invoice, receipt note and purchase order.
• Reconcile all payables against invoices and ensure clean bookkeeping.
• Code and enter invoices into the ERP system, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, as well as local MAR.
• Ensure all documents comply with internal and external audit requirements.
• Should Handle Journal Vouchers
• Assist in vendors ledger reconciliation
• Assist in audit for documentation
• Provide costing data for NPD trials to the R&D team.
• Imported trading material costing data to the marketing team with clear variances.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP records.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for inventory adjustments entries.
• Commercial validation of purchase requisitions.
• Implement procedures for accurate accounts payable transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to understand the financial implications of various operational activities.
• Support customer-related overdue and credit queries.
• Verify and approve customer creation in ERP.
• Price updating in ERP and Verify SOP for approvals as MAR
