We are urgently looking for a talented Project Manager(Immediate Joiners) in our IT company at Ahmedabad Location.
Designation: Project Manager(Immediate Joiners)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
As a Project Manager, your responsibility is to manage the key Projects. Your responsibility includes coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project using AGILE methodology. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Should have at least 2+ years of experience working as full-time Project Manager and around 3+ years of development experience
Should have technical and Strong knowledge about the Web & Mobile application world and various Business Domain knowledge
Should have executed at least 8-10 projects in Mobile applications
Experience on work with an international client
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Excellent Written communication and presentation skills
Focused On Get the work done approach with leadership skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand the requirements Presales, Post Sales on each project coordination with sales team & business analyst
Coordinate with internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress (Upload the task and assign it to relevant team members on various tools like Click up, Jira etc.)
Create Timeline, Gantt chart for each project and submit it to Upper Management & Client for approval
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, report and escalate to management as needed
Evaluate and assess the result of the project
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and given budget
Manage a good and healthy relationship with all stakeholders
Note: Candidates having must exp. in IT industry project & technically good sound preferred only. Immediate joiners preferred first.
